Coût de la livraison
LIVRAISON EN EUROPE
- Les commandes passées et payées avant 12h00 un jour de semaine sont normalement expédiées le jour même, sinon elles sont expédiées le jour ouvrable suivant.
- L'expédition prend 2 à 3 jours
- Expédition avec DPD Classic
- Voir le tableau d'expédition ci-dessous pour les prix. Le montant à payer est mis à jour lors du passage à la caisse en fonction de l'adresse de livraison.
Livraison
Nous nous efforçons de livrer les produits KAPVIE en parfait état. Néanmoins, nos produits peuvent être sujets à des dommages dus au transport et à la livraison. Dans ce cas, veuillez nous contacter à customercare@kapvie.com afin de trouver ensemble une solution. Si tout est livré à votre satisfaction, nous serions heureux de recevoir des commentaires positifs.
Conditions de livraison
Deliveries are made to the Countries as per Shipping table of DPD Zones below.
Delivery prices are updated at checkout once delivery address has been provided. Available Countries for delivery as per Address dropdown menu at checkout.
KAPVIE shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond its control, e.g. force majeure, traffic congestion, severe weather conditions or the unusual, unexpected holding of the goods by customs authorities, and such events shall not entitle the customer to withdraw from the purchase contract or claim compensation.
If not all the products ordered are in stock, KAPVIE is entitled to make part-deliveries.
If the goods cannot be delivered through the fault of the customer, KAPVIE shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract after three attempts at delivery. No refunds for unsuccessful deliveries (non-collection, incorrect shipping address…).
