Fouettez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les \u0153ufs et la vanille et ajoutez-les aux ingr\u00e9dients secs, en m\u00eame temps que le m\u00e9lange de lait et de beurre.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langez d\u00e9licatement la p\u00e2te \u00e0 l'aide de vos mains ou d'une cuill\u00e8re en bois jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange se rassemble.<\/p>\n<p>Retournez la p\u00e2te sur une surface propre et p\u00e9trissez-la pendant 10 minutes. Placez-la dans un bol l\u00e9g\u00e8rement huil\u00e9, couvrez-la d'un film alimentaire et placez-la dans un endroit chaud pendant 1\u00bd heure, jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'elle ait doubl\u00e9 de volume.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que la p\u00e2te a lev\u00e9, faites-la retomber \u00e0 sa taille initiale, puis roulez-la en 12 petits pains de forme r\u00e9guli\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Placez les brioches sur une plaque de cuisson graiss\u00e9e et couvrez-les d'un film alimentaire, en laissant suffisamment d'espace pour que les brioches puissent lever. Laissez les brioches lever pendant 30 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n<p>Pour faire la p\u00e2te de farine, m\u00e9langez la farine et l'eau pour former une p\u00e2te lisse, placez-la dans un sac \u00e0 sandwich Ziploc et coupez l'un des coins pour faire une poche \u00e0 douille.<\/p>\n<p>Faites une croix sur chaque brioche et faites cuire pendant 15 minutes, ou jusqu'\u00e0 ce que les brioches soient dor\u00e9es et bien cuites.
