LIEFERUNG INNERHALB EUROPAS
- Bestellungen, die bis 12:00 Uhr an einem Wochentag aufgegeben und bezahlt werden, werden in der Regel noch am selben Tag versandt, andernfalls am folgenden Werktag
- Versand dauert 2-3 Tage
- Versand mit DPD Classic
- Die Preise finden Sie in der nachstehenden Versandtabelle. Der zu zahlende Betrag wird an der Kasse entsprechend der Lieferadresse aktualisiert.
Lieferung
Wir sind bestrebt, KAPVIE Produkte in einem einwandfreien Zustand zu liefern. Dennoch können unsere Produkte durch den Transport und die Lieferung beschädigt werden. In einem solchen Fall kontaktieren Sie uns bitte unter customercare@kapvie.com, um gemeinsam eine Lösung zu finden. Wenn alles zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit geliefert wird, würden wir uns über ein positives Feedback freuen.
Lieferbedingungen
Deliveries are made to the Countries as per Shipping table of DPD Zones below.
Delivery prices are updated at checkout once delivery address has been provided. Available Countries for delivery as per Address dropdown menu at checkout.
KAPVIE shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond its control, e.g. force majeure, traffic congestion, severe weather conditions or the unusual, unexpected holding of the goods by customs authorities, and such events shall not entitle the customer to withdraw from the purchase contract or claim compensation.
If not all the products ordered are in stock, KAPVIE is entitled to make part-deliveries.
If the goods cannot be delivered through the fault of the customer, KAPVIE shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract after three attempts at delivery. No refunds for unsuccessful deliveries (non-collection, incorrect shipping address…).
